About Me

Hi, I'm Matt! I am a Front End Developer located in Seattle, WA. Web Development started as a hobby for me & has quickly turned into a full time career. I am constantly staying up to date on the latest trends, developments on the web. I have made both design, development decisions. I know how to meet timely deadlines, communicate well with clients or co workers.

I use Html, SASS, CSS, Javascript to create great looking responsive websites. I manage these projects with Github, Slack, Flow. I have experience with Bootstrap, Object Oriented Javascript, jQuery, PHP, Git, Bash, Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, Gulp, Grunt, Yeoman, Bower, Angular, Meteor, and Wordpress CMS.

ColorNow is my current favorite side project. My goal is to create a great experience with a unique atmosphere where you can color amazing 8 bit artwork. ColorNow is being created using Html, CSS, Skeleton, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery.

  • Modified existing websites to be more visually appealing.
  • Worked in a collaborative environment using Basecamp, Github, Slack, Trello, Flow.
  • Managed time using Harvest.
  • Met with clients in face to face meetings.
  • Created custom landing pages, connected forms to the backend with Ajax.
  • Worked on a log-in system for an app that is built on Meteor, Twilio.
